I love All their songs, but my favorite is When You Look me In the Eyes, Love Bug, SOS and Burning Up!
They are the new sensation in Teen Artists.
Voices so different, their Music is different! And they are Young! They rock!
But apparently they are choosing different podiums here after, Nick and Joe are going Solo! I hope their magic works! So i leave you with.. When You Look me In the Eyes

Dear Readers,
This post is to bring to your attention that i have added another Page!
I call it TiL- Things i Learnt. It has the list of things i learnt in my life. Simple, At first i actually thought i would start another blog by the same name. I know i barely manage other two blogs – SoU and YES!+ Chennai. So i decided to Add it as a post! But, it might not remind me of what i learnt , as posts it might tend to be long and scattered. So here is a Page -
TiL Dedicated for me to be shared with everyone!

Well, The title may seem a bit of touting. But, let us review the facts.
The Function of CEO according to Council of Foundation Inc:-
1. Communication
2. Collaboration/ Partnership
3. Decision making
4. Governance
5. Management
6. Organizational Development
7. Personal and Professional Development
8. Planning
9. Vision Setting
10.Organizational Values
Well, when we observe the above mentioned roles/functions we could say that at some point of our life we would have performed the roles. In fact we are always in the process of communication at every moment in our life. We could ask a question then every employee should also be a CEO, why is there only One CEO in a company? Simple reason is the contribution. A company gets significant contribution from this single person.
Analogy to Our Lives?
Well, We are the owner of the Our Life So, we have assets and liabilities (Good and bad). What we try to do with our Lives is directly proportional to what we do with assets and liabilities which, is directly proportional to what we GET out of our lives(ROI)! Like a Typical company, We need to have a vision, have a goal, plan, communicate with people, manage our professional and personal life, delegate work, share our bliss/joy, etc.
We do all these and still fail to recognize what we do is really the Greatest job in the world! – The Hottest Job in the World! – The fanciest Job in the world! And we try to find the Difference!
Accept it! You are the CEO of Your Life, So is Aparna, CEO , Her Life! Have Fun Naming Your life with the vision! That will keep reminding you of your Vision. For Example My Life UnLtd. I would like to see Unlimited opportunities,Unlimited Love, Unlimited talent, Unlimited joy, …. List goes on!
Simply put i need not have explained it to you in the first place Cause i know i am CEO But, i wished people to recognize it. Put the confidence forward with great enthusiasm and Zest and say Name, CEO , My life! Its no Shame any More! Its Life, Its reality! We fight against lot of odds, recession, EMOTIONS, society, peers, etc. Its no EASY Its No Easy to handle it single Handedly And we do it all the time!
If they ask you why are you boasting, tell them “My life is EXTRAORDINARY Life, And I am proud to Live it a CEO Way! “
This attitude, will make us responsible, takes us in the right Path and we will start APPRECIATING the beauty of life! No life is Ordinary! No Man is Ordinary! Everything is Extra in this world

Matha Pitha Guru Thaivam Literally Means Mother Father Teacher and God !
The usual interpretation of this is.
A Child comes to this world because of Mother. So She stands first in the Line of people who influences the child. Secondly, of course, Father and then Teacher then God! It is said that Mother Is considered to be above all the other three. Father above Guru and God. And so on.
Well, Infact this whole concept can also be interpreted in another way. My version of understanding it!
Matha-Mother is the first teacher to the child. Child before Growing has to learn about human values, mother is the best teacher of human values – Love, affection, sympathy,… This period one can call it as Bhramacharya. Meaning the learning stage – where one learns values!
Pitha- Father is a second Teacher. Father teaches the child how to succeed in this world. He gives the right skills, he teaches the child how to be brave, valiant etc. Father is usually depicted as Head of the family. This period is called Grihasta – meaning heading a family(by using the skills from Father). Family could be actual family or if you consider world as a family well that also counts in. Till this things are materialistic! Learning and Doing.
Guru – Teacher is ultimate teacher. He gives actual knowledge for the soul. Most people think there has to be a Guru outside. Well actually Guru is from Inside. Where in one searches for the knowledge rested deep within oneself. This is compared to the Vanaprasta – Where one goes to the forest in search of solace and truth. Well these says just go deep Inside! Actually there is a significance to it. Forest usually depicts confusion, one doesn’t know where one is going[that is outside world] and then one sits and meditates[Goes deep within] and finds answers! Confusion outside, solution Inside.
Thaivam – God is Ultimate. What is the purpose to going within to know oneself and to identify one with God! Thus, the fruit of Vanaprasta is reaching the abode of God. What happens here is realization or Nirvana happens and there is transformation. Transformation could mean only one thing – Being…! It is called Sanyasa who is spiritually Aware Conscious!
There are a few things that one has to note. The period of the each stage is independent of who you are! But first two stages would take 6-10 years each. The rest two is dependent on what you seek!
